Provincetown is currently buried under the remains of record snow fall. The site at 467 Commercial street, where the March 21st performance was to take place is currently in the state pictured above. The piles of dishes left by locals are under all the snow banks which reach higher than the six foot fence. The winter Collect/Disperse started in 2012, was balmy and with out a single snow flake. Although the first day of spring is around the corner, the thaw has not even begun.
The performance has been pushed back until October 2015. The summer hustle will have tapered and the rage of the invasive knot weed will have been tamed. The light is most intoxicating this time of year. By this time we will hopefully have collected plates from all over the world to break and disperse on site. Come visit.
